No, StuntCloudFACES is an independent website. Our aim is to provide ALL professional performers working in the film and media industry with an equal opportunity for self-expression.
Die Auswahl deiner pdf files ist erst nach der Freigabe des Profils möglich. Diese werden redaktionell geprüft. Die Reihenfolge ist nicht zu ändern. Eine pdf nach dem Hochladen zu löschen, ist nicht möglich. Wenn du pdf files löschen möchtest, bitte schicke eine email an den support mit den Dateinamen.
Service questions
You can pay by PayPal, credit card and direct debit. All orders are processed through our payment service provider "DigiStore24 GmbH". The respective general terms and conditions of the provider apply, which you can view here: www.digistore24.com
Membership starts from the date of purchase and is valid for one year. It is automatically renewed every twelve months. Details can be found at www.digistore24.com/legal/terms
If you have not received an e-mail, please check your spam folder first. If you do not find anything there either, please send an email to support.
Your annual fee is invoiced via our payment service provider Digistore24 GmbH. They are therefore also responsible for invoicing. You should automatically receive an email from Digistore with the invoice after your order. If you have not received the invoice, please contact our support and we will send you a copy of the invoice.
As soon as the required profile data has been filled in and photos have been uploaded, the editors will check your profile and activate it if everything fits.
If there are any comments, we will contact you immediately to solve the problem.
You can cancel your membership at any time. The cancellation must be made at least 1 day before renewal and billing. To do so, click in the member area under: User " Cancel membership.
After cancellation, your access will be available to you until the end of the paid period of use.
